The Creative Brand Assistant will work closely with the in house and freelance creative, production and stylists and will report into our Creative Brand Executive. This role will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver high quality imagery, video and social content across all campaigns.


About your responsibilities:

  • Assisting with production, planning + booking shoots
  • Day-to-day admin for creative team – team expenses, packing, steaming, sample co-ordination
  • Working closely with creative team assisting on ecom, content and campaign shoots
  • Support in planning and producing of all brand and social content
  • Contribute and support in seasonal creative research for creative team and projects
  • Collaborate with wider creative team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for shoots, campaigns and other business projects
  • Support team with copy writing for email, website and social
  • Capture high quality images and video for social content
  • Creating a weekly overview of what is trending across email, website & social


About you:

  • Creative thinker
  • Strong communication skills – some copy writing
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to adapt to changing time frames
  • Must be able to work within a team as well as independently
  • Ambitious, passionate and driven
  • Professional mind set and team player
  • Ability to commercially translate content with the Adanola customer in mind
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Experience on shoots and some production is desirable
