Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Manager

Location: Remote (with client meetings in London, 1-4 times per month)

Salary: up to £40,000 per annum

Job Description:

SideDish Media is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Account Manager Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, and managing social media accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Liaise with clients through Google Meet and face-to-face meetings, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.


Digital Marketing Expertise:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and social media management.


Content & Campaign Management:

Create content plans, organise video/photo shoots with our photographers, and manage social media accounts for clients.


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our internal team, maintaining daily communication to ensure we are delivering the best results for our clients.


Client Reporting & Education:

Present results to clients, explaining campaign performance and discussing next steps to ensure continued success.


Remote Working:

Work remotely with flexibility, but attend client meetings 1-4 times per month, mostly in London.


Required Skills & Experience:

A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.

Experience managing social media accounts and content creation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you must be comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues alike.

A proactive and energetic approach, bringing enthusiasm to the team and client meetings.

Ability to present and explain results clearly to clients, ensuring they understand the impact of our services.


Desirable Attributes:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience coordinating photoshoots or video production.

A good understanding of social media trends and content creation techniques.
