We are recruiting for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our growing business. You will be the face of the HSS ProService and the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every request fulfilled.

The impact you'll have:

As an Area Sales Manager you will take responsibility for being the first port of call with our current and prospective customers within your designated geographical patch. Our people are what makes us stand out above the crowd at HSS Hire, and we would love to make you a part of our journey

A typical day:

  • Maintain strong relationships both within the business and externally
  • Win new business and build long lasting partnerships
  • Building rapport with senior contractors across major projects in London and surrounding areas
  • Actively listen to clients needs and apply the HSS sales process
  • Build rapport and use a consultative approach to understand client requirements and upcoming projects
  • Promote the benefits of using our market place to our clients and customers

What you'll bring:

  • You will demonstrate that you have a proven track record of sales success within your current field.
  • You will need work experience in a B2B selling role.
  • You will be able to build rapport using a mature, consultative approach to sales-selling on service and value
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously as well part of a wider team
  • You will be self-motivated and results- driven, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
