Ecommerce Product manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, the Ecommerce Product Manager will lead our Ecommerce product team in identifying
opportunities and developing digital solutions. This is a customer-centric role, working to translate the needs of
users into digital business opportunities and will require a strong Ecommerce, WMS and ideally, Shopify Plus
background. You will also be expected to:
- Manage and maintain roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet expectations.
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development and user acceptance testing.
- Develop a product strategy aligned with company goals, market trends and customer needs.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance for continuous iteration and improvement.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, design and quality assurance teams for successful product development and launch.
- Partner with senior team members to identify key capabilities needed and address potential issues.
- Champion a user-centric approach and collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure designs align with product goals.
- Define and track key performance indicators, to measure product success and refine product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritisation.
- Work with product marketing to develop positioning, messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, privacy and security requirements for digital platforms.
- Manage landing page builds, testing and launches for new campaigns.
- Work with customer service teams to track and resolve weekly issues.
- Oversee product feedback forms and communication channels.
- Collaborate with the Trading Manager to compile monthly business reviews.
- Work with Linnworks for order management and troubleshooting stock flow issues.
- Support A/B testing to enhance user experiences.
- Track data and performance, analyse trends and optimise conversion rates.
A B O U T Y O U
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems or a similar field.
- Proficient with ecommerce trading platforms is essential (experience with 'Shopify' is a plus).
- A passion for building digital products and solutions to solve customer and business challenges.
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed with Warehouse Management Systems and expanding territories.
- Previous experience in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) ecommerce business.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketplace implementation and dropshipping digital operations.
- Skilled with usability and customer-focused design.
- Knowledgeable with SQL queries and with back-end/front-end programming languages such as Java, HTML, and CSS a nice to have
- Competent with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with time management platforms such as Asana or ClickUp.
