To achieve their goals, they need to create and sustain a high-performance culture in every area. They have ambitious plans to build an outstanding operation that can compete at the highest level.

From exceptional Engineering and Design talent to a world-class Race Team, supported by specialists in off-track roles - we are assembling the expertise needed to drive this operation forward and compete at the highest level.

Being a part of this Team, will accelerate your career. Take a closer look at the role:

Role Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to work directly with onsite stakeholders. Helping to build and grow a high-performance team culture, you must have a proven track record of engaging with senior-level stakeholders, help coordinate and implement best-in-class recruitment interviewing processes, help deliver any assessment activities and formally capturing and recording feedback and decisions. You will play a key role in coaching stakeholders through the recruitment process to ensure a first-class hiring experience.

You will:

  • Effectively and appropriately communicate with senior / technical stakeholders representing yourself and Talent Works to the highest professional standards.
  • Ensure a swift and timely recruitment process is followed by hiring managers.
  • Chase up for feedback on CV submissions helping ensure interview requests flow through to the Recruiters for scheduling.
  • Play a role in helping coordinate interviews by identifying Hiring Manager availability and liaising with Recruitment Coordinators to ensure scheduling occurs.
  • Advise hiring managers on appropriate roles for each member of the interview team and coach on technical, functional, and behavioral interview models.
  • Use data and reporting to advise stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies, and to drive hiring decisions.
  • Provide weekly and ad-hoc updates to TA teams, hiring managers, leaders, and business stakeholders as needed.
  • Encourage hiring managers to finalise decision-making process and ensure those outcomes are communicated to the Recruiters to enable a seamless offer management process.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop strategies for attracting talent that will help to sustain and contribute to the business culture. Share these insights with the rest of the Recruitment team.
  • May contribute to projects as part of the long-term strategy of building a best-in-class staffing organisation.
  • May guide and mentor less experienced team members to help upskill and develop.

The Key Requirements:

You must have a significant level of expertise in talent acquisition (ideally having operated as a Recruitment Business Partner / TA Partner In-House or via an RPO model). But we’re also looking for more than just a track record. You need to be able to think strategically, influence others and adapt quickly when you need to. Capable of delivering solutions, as well as following process, you will be able to take the lead in shaping TA thinking on a complex, fast-moving account.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition best practices.
  • Ability to influence others through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, continuously developing your skill set to the benefit of yourself and the teams you work with.
  • F1 / Engineering industry experience would be desirable but not essential
