Fantastic marketing campaign coordinator supporting on recruitment campaigns for a busy internal talent acquisition team


The company


With a dedicated events space for large scale corporate events and big name brands choosing this venue for conferences, exhibitions, awards shows and hospitality events this is a fantastic venue and events team. Due to continuous growth and a busy recruitment pipeline for 2025, we are now supporting with the hire of a Recruitment Campaign Coordinator to focus on marketing campaigns to drive recruitment.


The role


Responsibilities will include working closely with the talent acquisition as well as the wider team including marketing to create engaging campaigns and proposals. The role will focus on reviewing metrics, driving social media campaigns, poster and printed collateral design as well as updating the website and marketing copy.


About you


You will be a strong copy and content writer with excellent design capabilities and must be able to use Canva and Adobe Indesign. Strong digital marketing skills and proven capabilities in running end to end marketing campaigns is key, as well as ideally an understanding of recruitment marketing. This is initially a 6 month FTC and you will need a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
