Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of our marketing and sales initiatives. This is a new role within the business so applicants should be comfortable with developing and implementing strategies from scratch in collaboration with the company Director and SLT.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our client base.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and promotional campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to foster business development opportunities.

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and innovation.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others effectively.
