Are you an ambitious Project Manager with a background in the construction industry? Join our expanding Project Management department in Kent. This hybrid role offers a blend of office work, home working, and on-site visits.


Role Overview:


As a Project Manager, you will leverage our in-house multi-disciplinary teams to oversee construction projects from business case development to end-user delivery and aftercare. If you have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the complete scope of works.
  • Produce comprehensive stakeholder documentation.
  • Manage design processes in partnership with in-house engineers and third-party consultants.
  • Oversee contractor procurement for both UK and overseas projects.
  • Navigate and manage approval processes domestically and internationally.
  • Chair project meetings with stakeholders and the project team, including the production of meeting minutes.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with site contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance on construction sites.
  • Work closely with the site management team.
  • Manage project costs with support from our in-house cost management department.
  • Chair and manage project handovers, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Oversee project aftercare until the end of the defect period.


Requirements:


  • Project Management qualification (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Strong client communication and management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
