Kent Office (Hybrid Role)

Are you an ambitious Project Manager with a background in the construction industry? Join our expanding Project Management department in Kent. This hybrid role offers a blend of office work, home working, and on-site visits.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will leverage our in-house multi-disciplinary teams to oversee construction projects from business case development to end-user delivery and aftercare. If you have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the complete scope of works.
Produce comprehensive stakeholder documentation.
Manage design processes in partnership with in-house engineers and third-party consultants.
Oversee contractor procurement for both UK and overseas projects.
Navigate and manage approval processes domestically and internationally.
Chair project meetings with stakeholders and the project team, including the production of meeting minutes.
Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with site contractors and sub-contractors.
Ensure Health and Safety compliance on construction sites.
Work closely with the site management team.
Manage project costs with support from our in-house cost management department.
Chair and manage project handovers, ensuring all documentation is complete.
Oversee project aftercare until the end of the defect period.

Requirements:

Project Management qualification (preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
Strong client communication and management skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in project management software.
Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
