Client Account Manager

Home-based (business travel required)

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Client Management & Business Development team on a full-time, permanent basis, and we are looking for a talented Client Account Manager to come onboard and continue the successful relationships we have with our clients. If you have a background in a similar industry – especially in high court enforcement, we want to hear from you

You will have excellent data collection, analysis, and interpersonal skills. You must hold a valid UK driving licence.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing an extensive portfolio of client accounts
  • Communicating to clients clearly, addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise
  • Establishing client account needs and strategic direction
  • Monitoring client Service Level Agreement adherence
  • Analysing operational performance for each client and pro-actively identifying reasons for under performance
  • Identifying, exploring, managing and delivering account growth opportunities on behalf of existing and new clients
  • Raising awareness of competitor advantages and new products
  • Engaging in project management duties
  • Preparing account updates
  • Contributing to intelligence ahead of client tenders alongside the bid team


What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within a client-facing role
  • Previous experience working within a High Court, collections or council environment would be desirable
  • Great people skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A motivated self-starter who is looking to grow within the business
