Role Description

TCE Group - LondonDMC.com is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Event Operations to join our team. This is a full-time or part-time role located at Fetcham, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event operations, ensuring the seamless execution of events and maintaining high-quality standards. The Head of Event Operations will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in event management, preferably in an DMC/agency leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Manage in-house team and strong roster of freelancers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus


Salary range £50,000 to £55,000 pa
