THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

  • Proven experience as a Crewing Officer in an offshore setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices related to crewing and personnel logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems related to crewing management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate and manage the crewing activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee recruitment processes for offshore personnel, ensuring a quick turnaround to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel and their qualifications, certifications, and training requirements.
  • Liaise with operational teams to address crewing needs and provide expertise on personnel management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to support workforce needs.
  • Monitor and report on crew performance, attendance, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to other HR functions as needed.
  • Implement best practices in crew management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new crew members, helping them adjust to their roles.
  • Assist in implementing policies and procedures that enhance offshore HR operations.
