General Manager – Leisure Industry

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-time, 44 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)

About the Role

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of the venue. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Achieving and exceeding financial targets and operating profit goals.
  • Implementing the brand strategy locally to ensure a consistent and memorable customer journey.
  • Managing daily operations, including compliance with gaming and licensing laws.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
