Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the technology strategy for the Finance and Engagement Management domain, translating it into a roadmap to determine investment priorities and transformation portfolio.
- Promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies and challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends.
- Maintain expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related applications, including SAP Finance, SAP Concur, SAP Professional Services, SAP Treasury Platform, and SAP Financial Compliance Management.
- Collaborate with Capability Leads, technical SMEs, and project teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage and maintain the application inventory for the Finance and Engagement Management domain, including categorization, lifecycle management, and consolidation efforts.
- Build and maintain the FEM technology roadmap and architecture, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and coherence with other Capabilities and technology domain roadmaps.
- Support the selection and implementation of enterprise architecture tools to accelerate and govern technology initiatives.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 15 years of SAP experience.
- 5 years of SAP S/4 HANA architecture experience.
- Prior experience in the RETAIL sector is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Solution Architecture (or equivalent technology) roles.
- Good knowledge of EA governance, Agile SDLC methods, and enterprise architecture modelling tools.
- Strong understanding of project management concepts and common business analysis techniques.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of technical debt and its remedial actions.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption and ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing SAP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules, solutions, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or SAP Solution Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
