Reports to: Group Workshop Manager

Direct Reports: Shop Supervisors, Mechanics and Trainees

Duties Include:

• Management of workshop projects, activities & capabilities at site level

• Ensuring maintenance procedures and processes are adhered to at site level

• Ensure correct level of resource and competence is available to complete all maintenance activities

• Ensuring the standard and quality of workmanship is maintained at all times

• Ensuring that workshop staff adhere to company’s safety and quality policy at all times

• Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate workload where necessary

• Assisting the organisation & Group Workshop Manager with any other tasks deemed necessary

Requirements

• MRO repair experience essential

• Previous supervisory experience essential

• Flexible to working in a fast changing environment

• All applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
