Test Lead (Big 4/Pharma, S/4, Europe - Remote)

Position: Test Lead

Location: Europe (Remote)

Contract Duration: Mid-July – December 2024

Client: Big 4/CP/Pharma clients

A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in Big 4 and CP/Pharma clients. This remote role involves software testing and implementation in S/4, with a focus on driving client alignment and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing initiatives for S/4 implementation projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Utilize testing methodologies and best practices to ensure robust software testing.
  • Prepare for workshops and drive client alignment through outside-in recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to make and drive project plans, ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Big 4 consulting and working with CP/Pharma clients.
  • Proficiency in the basic consulting toolkit, including planning, workshop preparation, and driving client alignment.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases for S/4 implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP testing tools such as Solution Manager, HP ALM, etc., is a plus.
  • Certification in software testing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and stakeholders.
