Leading Insurance Broker in the London Market, seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing Commercial Legal Function. This is a brand new hire for the business, working on key Insurance Contracts for their Broking & MGA business.


Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, my client is looking for an experienced Insurance Lawyer to work on key Insurance Contracts, including TOBA's, Insurance Distribution Agreements, Broker Agreements, DUAs and Introducer Agreements.


You will work very closely with the Counterparty Contracts Team, updating their suite of contracts and playing a key role in the development of new Insurance Products.


This is a great opportunity for someone to make a real impact and stamp their authority in a brand new position with a major Insurance Broker.


The role is offering a hybrid working policy, ideally 2-3 days in the office based in The City.
