Chief of Staff / Operations Director - South Wales

In this role, you'll be involved in:

  • Retreat and Meditation Experiences: You'll help us develop and manage transformative retreat experiences.
  • Experience with AI start-ups and the incubation process: Understand how AI can be applied within a business context to generate a positive impact.
  • Sustainable Land Development: You'll champion sustainable land development practices focussing on renewable energy solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage all projects and people, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and values.
  • Build and manage internal and external teams to support various projects, scaling teams up and down as needed.
  • Oversee all projects within the company, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the schedule and priorities of the company's CEO.
  • Assist in developing strategies and vision for the company's growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Conduct research to support project initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange calls and manage relationships with partners and clients.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets.
