The Senedd and its Members are at the heart of democracy and politics in Wales and we at the Senedd Commission have a statutory responsibility to provide property, staff and services required by the Senedd, to make it an effective parliamentary body that inspires the confidence of the people of Wales. The next few years will see significant change as we ‘re-imagine’ Commission services to meet changing ways of working and needs of the Senedd post-pandemic combined with the prospect of wider constitutional change in the coming years.

Gwelir newid sylweddol yn y blynyddoedd nesaf wrth i ni 'ail-ddychmygu' gwasanaethau'r Comisiwn i ddiwallu ffyrdd newidiol o weithio ac anghenion y Senedd ar ôl y pandemig, ynghyd â'r posibilrwydd o newid cyfansoddiadol ehangach yn y blynyddoedd i ddod.

Rydym yn chwilio am ymgeisydd eithriadol ar gyfer rôl y Prif Swyddog Cyllid, i ymuno â’n Bwrdd Gweithredol a chymryd cyfrifoldeb ariannol dros gyllideb a strategaeth ariannol Comisiwn y Senedd. Gan arwain y swyddogaeth gyllid statudol, byddwch yn darparu arweinyddiaeth gref, rheolaeth effeithiol a dealltwriaeth strategol dda, ynghyd â sylw i fanylion. Yn atebol i'r Cyfarwyddwr Adnoddau a chyda llinell adrodd broffesiynol i Brif Weithredwr a Swyddog Cyfrifyddu Comisiwn y Senedd, bydd gennych hefyd rôl ganolog o ran cynghori ynghylch cynlluniau ariannol blynyddol a chynlluniau buddsoddi y Comisiwn a’u cymeradwyo, ac o ran blaenoriaethu buddsoddiad yn y ffordd orau bosibl.

Yn gyfrifydd cymwysedig (CCAB, ACA, CIMA neu gymhwyster tebyg), bydd gan yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus brofiad sylweddol o arwain a rheoli a gafwyd ar lefel uwch naill ai yn y sector preifat neu’r sector cyhoeddus gan gynnwys, yn ddelfrydol, profiad o gyflwyno rhaglenni newid a phrosiectau ar raddfa fawr. Mae profiad o weithio mewn swydd uwch mewn swyddogaeth gyllid a bod yn gyfarwydd â chyfrifyddu yn y sector cyhoeddus a chyfrifyddu o ran adnoddau yn hanfodol, ynghyd â gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth helaeth a chyfoes o safonau cyfrifyddu ac adrodd, trethi perthnasol (TWE, TAW a’r dreth gorfforaethol) a deddfwriaeth o ran y gyflogres a phensiynau.
