Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters with a strong background in US staffing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting healthcare professionals, understanding the nuances of the US healthcare industry, and delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, allied health professionals, physicians) for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the US.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, referrals, and online job boards.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in US healthcare staffing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing/recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the US healthcare industry, including job roles, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
