Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Drive full-stack development, ensuring high-quality code across backend (.NET) and frontend (TypeScript, React).
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to align technical goals with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in software architecture, testing, and deployment to deliver robust, scalable applications.
  • Act as a key decision-maker on technology choices, tooling, and frameworks to continually improve performance and reliability.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in .NET, TypeScript, and React.
  • Strong background in full-stack development with an understanding of both backend and frontend best practices.
  • Proficiency in designing and building RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring teams.
  • Strategic mindset, with a passion for driving technical vision and delivering impactful solutions.
