We are looking for a Design & Sales Consultant to join our bathroom showroom in Oxford.

Since its first showroom opened in Bath over 36 years ago, Ripples has franchised its business and now has an impressive portfolio of 20 showrooms nationwide. Ripples offers a truly tailored bathroom service, from product sourcing and design consultancy, through to installation from trusted local suppliers.
About the role
Our Design & Sales Consultants create bathrooms that exceed our client’s every expectation. From understanding the client to understanding the huge range of products and technical skill involved in bathroom design, our Design & Sales Consultants must be creative, personable and proactive problem-solvers. Key responsibilities
- Develop and build sales, taking advantage of all opportunities that exist from visitors to the showroom or other direct enquiries
- Promote and provide the Ripples design service by following the Ripples sales procedure including arranging home visits, preparing designs, preparing quotations, presenting those designs and closing sales in a timely manner
- Be part of the team and assist with the development of more junior Sales & Design Consultants
- Ensure a high-standard showroom experience, from meeting and greeting potential clients to helping to design new showroom displays
About you
- You will be a good communicator who is comfortable in a client-facing role
- You will be sales-orientated and driven to help achieve the showroom’s sales targets
- You will be a good ambassador for the Ripples brand, working in an efficient and professional manner
