The Role 

This is a key role within the Performance Marketing team that will play an important part in ensuring we deliver on our ambitious growth targets in the US.  

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience, with a track record of delivering positive performance and growth from Partner networks, Affiliates or other performance channels (e.g. PPC). This is a hands-on role, which requires excellent skills in performance campaign management including optimising and analysing data whilst working to ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced high opportunity sector. 

This role will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing.  

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee delivery of performance activity through our partner network in the US, including (but not limited to) –  
  • Day-to-day management, optimisation and analysis of programmatic/pay-for-performance campaigns with a focus on the US market, working to ambitious growth and profitability targets.  
  • Delivering on candidate acquisition targets via the partner network for Resume-Library, within desired Cost per Registration (CPR).  
  • Use knowledge of job advertising platforms to improve our technology stack by working with our Product team on new features and capabilities.   
  • Creative problem-solving to improve performance without increasing costs (e.g. through new integrations)  
  • Provide recommendations to internal Partnerships and Sales teams on appropriate target CPAs and CPCs for new clients.  
  • Ensure partners are delivering quality converting traffic escalate issues to Partnerships teams. 
  • Work with Partnerships team to onboard and test new partner traffic sources & respond to any related technical queries when required. 
  • Primary point of escalation for partner activity for programmatic (i.e. keeping on top of job feed issues, technical issues, queries, etc.) 
  • Identify new revenue streams and implementing these with traffic partners where appropriate. 
  • Assist in negotiating discounts for poor or low quality traffic.  
  • Provide recommendations on additional resourcing requirements where needed to support delivery in the US.  
  • Data, analysis and reporting:  
  • Work collaboratively with the Data team to build dashboards and other data products to equip the team with the right data-driven insights.  
  • Automate processes wherever possible to improve team efficiency and save on resource costs.  

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience of optimising partnerships/affiliates or other performance media activity (e.g. Paid Search). Experience in the recruitment, job board or job aggregator sector is ideal, but not essential.  
  • Experience in programmatic job advertising is a bonus.   
  • Proven ability to work proactively, independently and cross-functionally to drive revenue and business value.  
  • Strong numerical competency including the ability to quickly analyse and understand performance trends. 
  • Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Proactive, confident and ability to work independently.  
  • Strong commercial acumen.
