About us

Welcome to Cherry Hinton Medical Practice.

Welcome to CGPN.

CGPN is a Federation of Practices across Cambridge and surrounding villages, with a social enterprise ethos - wholly owned by our local member practices. We are here to provide stability, leadership and ensure a supportive environment for clinicians to thrive at Cherry Hinton.

Cherry Hinton has 9,604 patients - cared for by a supportive, experienced team and practice manager. The clinical team includes a full cohort of GPs, ANP and nurses that have been with the practice for many years. We have an excellent team of clinical coders, prescribing ANP, PCN and in-house pharmacy team to support with admin, results and med reviews in order to reduce GP workload. The practice is located in South Cambridge, an easy cycle or drive to central Cambridge amenities and conveniently located on the outskirts for anyone travelling from outside the city.

This is a traditional practice supporting old-fashioned face-to-face high-quality consulting, that has the support of a bigger network in the form of CGPN so you can focus on patients, not firefighting and be sure of transparent and stable running of the practice.
