We are looking for an enthusiastic & passionate chef de partie to further strengthen our team of outstanding colleagues

Straight shifts, no split shifts, breakfast, lunch & dinner shifts allowing lots of flexibility allowing for a great work life balance

Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour plus gratuity

The role-

Preparation and execution of high quality cooking.

Assisting head chef and sous creating new dishes, planning for each season & all menu planning

Training & mentoring younger members of the team to consistently achieve a high standard of food. 

In charge of running individual section of kitchen.
