Responsibilities
Als Produktdesigner liegt deine Hauptverantwortung darin, Benutzererlebnisse zu gestalten, die die Nutzer begeistern und ihnen helfen, ihre größten Herausforderungen im Bereich Compliance zu bewältigen. Du entwirfst effektive Prototypen und Abläufe während der Entdeckungsphase. Während der Entwicklung verfeinerst du Implementierungsdetails und visuelle Regressionen zusammen mit dem Entwicklungsteam. Du koordinierst visuelle Kommunikationsstrategien für Veröffentlichungen. Du hilfst dabei, KPIs zu definieren, zu verfolgen und zu analysieren, um den Erfolg und die Auswirkungen von Produktveröffentlichungen zu messen und die Nutzung und Engagement in unserer Benutzerbasis kontinuierlich zu optimieren. Zusammen mit anderen Produktrollen bist du die Anlaufstelle, um mehr über die Probleme und Bedürfnisse unserer Benutzer zu erfahren. Du führst umfassende Marktforschung und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um Chancen, Bedrohungen und Trends zu identifizieren, wobei datengetriebene Erkenntnisse zur Informationsgrundlage für Produktentscheidungen dienen. Du verstehst, wie und warum das, was du entwirfst, in das große Ganze passt.Du kannst mühelos Ästhetik und Funktionalität ausbalancieren und ein konsistentes Erlebnis über unsere Produkte hinweg schaffen. Du bist in der Lage, unter technischen und zeitlichen Einschränkungen mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen. In allen Situationen achtest du darauf, dass unsere Markenrichtlinien und Designsysteme in unseren Produkten eingehalten werden und kontinuierlich unsere Designsprache verbessert wird. Darüber hinaus legen wir großen Wert auf die folgenden Eigenschaften, die für eine Produkt-Person als grundlegende Fähigkeiten und Qualitäten von Bedeutung sind:Ein guter Sinn für Humor und die Bescheidenheit eines Anfängers. Profile
Must-haves:Profundes Wissen in Figma sowie kreatives UI-/Interaktions-/Visuelles Design. In deiner Bewerbung musst du einen Portfolio-Link bereitstellen, der dein Talent im Bereich Interface-Design mit Schwerpunkt auf konsistenten Design-Systemen veranschaulicht. Ein gutes Verständnis für Front-End-Entwicklung. Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Design, Informatik oder äquivalente praktische Erfahrung. Ein starkes Wissen über User-Experience-Designprozesse und -methodologien. Fähigkeit, auf dem neuesten Stand der Trends im Produktdesign zu bleiben. Konzeptuelle und strategische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit guten Storytelling-Fähigkeiten. Regelmäßiger KI-Nutzer, um Ihre tägliche Arbeit zu unterstützen. Fließendes Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich). Nice to have:
Kenntnisse in Deutsch auf C1-Niveau sind von großem Vorteil. Sprachkenntnisse erleichtern die effektive Kommunikation mit deutschsprachigen Stakeholdern und Kunden. Erfahrung in einem wachstumsorientierten oder Scale-up-Umfeld. Erfahrung im Entwerfen von KI-Lösungen für SaaS-Produkte. Vertrautheit mit Datenschutzbestimmungen, bewährten Verfahren in der Informationssicherheit oder Compliance-Frameworks ist von Vorteil.
