CX Designer - Premium E-commerce Agency - Fully Remote & Flexible Working - £38,000


In Product is thrilled to be partnered with a Premium E-commerce Agency in the search for a Senior CX Designer.


You will be joining a small but ambitious team who have created a culture enabling full flexibility whilst maintaining and fun and collaborative culture. This agency have won several awards, they have retained partnerships with their clients that have lasted over 5 years, and balance that with projects which keep fresh work incoming.


This team have strong UI capability within their current Designers, we are looking for a Senior Designer who can encompass the full spectrum of UX and UI, with a lean towards UX. This agency works in partnership with their clients, from discovery and research through to final design, you will need to be able to demonstrate your experience working in a client facing role, and navigating the end to end design experience.


To be successful in this position we are looking for a Senior CX Designer who has the following


You will have played a pivotal role in shaping the design direction and strategy for client projects, from discovery to delivery.


Your experience will lean towards UX principles, Design thinking and Customer experience strategies.


You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work autonomously and lead projects in a client facing role.


You will have over 4 years experience working Ecommerce and have worked in an agency environment, ideally with Shopify.
