Job Overview:

As a Predictive Analytics & Reporting Lead within our Sales Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance sales performance and overall business success. Leveraging your expertise in predictive analytics and reporting, you will lead initiatives to extract actionable insights from data, guide strategic decision-making, and optimize sales processes. This role requires a unique blend of analytical acumen, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

Predictive Analytics:

· Develop & implement predictive models to forecast sales by using past trends on pipeline creation, qualification, win rates

· Drive predictability with monthly/quarterly OB forecast model

· Play a critical Input into corporate Revenue forecast process

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for accurate predictive modelling

· Continuously refine and enhance predictive models based on performance feedback and evolving business needs

· Stay abreast of emerging analytics tools and technologies, recommending and implementing solutions that enhance predictive analytics capabilities

Reporting and Dashboards:

· Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance metrics and pipeline quality

· Scale from Excel to PowerBi to Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements & ensure the delivery of insightful, actionable reports

· Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts

· Regular reporting of Order Book, pipeline and other KPI’s to sales leadership

· Manage and optimize the usage of analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

· Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for sales leaders and executives

· Create optimal sales capacity model based on Order book targets, past performance, and productivity

· Design top-down corporate Order booking target model and lead account level target setting exercise along with finance/BU operations

· Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key performance drivers and trends within the sales organization

· Play product manager role from business side for all tooling and system enhancements

Sales Performance management (SPM):

· Hands on experience as Model builder / Professional user in Anaplan

· Play a critical role in the implementation phase of SPM and ICM and downstream reporting requirements

· Work closely with Finance and Revenue operations in enabling top down/bottoms up financial planning in SPM tool

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

· Master’s MBA/CA or similar background

· Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and key performance indicators

· Proven experience in predictive analytics, statistical modelling, & data analysis

· Proficiency in data visualization tools (, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

· Proficiency in CRM systems (SFDC), Sales performance tools (Anaplan/Xactly)

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Prior experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting etc will be useful
