Are you an experienced professional in cleaning and soft services management?
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Area Manager to oversee and enhance our service delivery across multiple sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and soft services are maintained, providing an exceptional environment for our clients.
This role will be covering the North-West, M6 corridor Manchester to Carlisle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise cleaning and soft services operations across various locations. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met. Coordinate with site teams to address and resolve any service issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures. Train, mentor, and manage cleaning staff, promoting best practices and professional development. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor services to meet their expectations. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective service delivery without compromising quality. Maintain accurate records and reports on service performance and improvements.Qualifications:
Proven experience in cleaning and soft services management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services. Ability to develop and implement efficient cleaning processes and procedures.
