Our Sushi Chefs a responsible for our amazing maki rolls and sushi dishes.

We’re looking for confident chefs who love cooking, have pride in their work, care about the dishes they prepare and always help their team - like we do.

You will be motivated to provide excellent quality food, run an efficient section, keep a clean and safe kitchen and create a great atmosphere in our restaurant.

Your Responsibilities, Skills and Behaviours:

Be Honest

  • Maintain par stock levels in your section
  • Maintain correct portion control to Sushi Revolution standards
  • Keep wastage to a minimum
  • Always follow recipe standards
  • Set up your sections to Sushi Revolution specifications
  • Be punctual

Be Determined

  • Always maintain the kitchen equipment and company property
  • Ensure  you follow proper safety, hygiene and cleaning practices.
  • Knowledge and ability to run your section
  • Always maintain safe working conditions
  • Be ready for anything

 Be Kaizen 

  • Value high quality food presentation and service
  • Continue to learn and update your knowledge
  • Know about Sushi Revolution products and ingredients
  • Have the required technical skills

 Be Dependable

  • Ensure all aspects of daily food prep and production are completed
  • Provide our guests with a high-quality experience to Sushi Revolution standards
  • Always maintain a safe and clean kitchen
  • Be trustworthy, reliable and dependable
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise

  • Be positive and personable
  • Bring a positive energy to the kitchen team
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Work comfortably under pressure
