YourRole:

  • Take a leadingrole in our kitchen brigade as a Senior Chef de Partie specialisingin sushi.
  • Expertise in sushi and experiencewith Omakasestyle dining is highlyadvantageous.
  • Collaborate with a team ofdistinguished chefs and culinary experts.
  • Craftand present highquality Japanese dishes focusing on sushi andOmakase experiences.
  • Contribute to menudevelopment recipe creation and culinaryinnovation.
  • Maintain the highest standards offood hygiene and kitchen safety.
  • Train andmentor junior kitchen staff sharing your deep knowledge and passionfor Japanesecuisine.

Were LookingFor:

  • An experiencedSushi Chef with stable career progression in renownedestablishments.
  • Minimum of 5 years experienceas a sushi chef in a similar role preferably in internationallyrecognised businesses.
  • Extensive knowledge ofand passion for Japanese cuisine especiallysushi.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and theability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in English and theability to obtain IELTS 4.0 orhigher.
