WELLBEING ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT

About the Role


Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will inspire and deliver an exceptional program of meaningful leisure-e and therapeutic activities that are person centered and which will improve the emotional, mental and physical wellbeing of the people who live in our­ home. You will always make sure that residents are at the heart of events and programs to enhance their wellbeing

You will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported whilst focusing on how things could be done better- and sharing ideas with the rest of the team and wider teams within the Home.

Previous experience of working in a care environment is desirable.

Chocolate Works is a beautiful car-e home in a fantastic location, within the hear-t of the local community We offer- residential and dementia care, as well as r-respite breaks.

Our- dining moms and restaurants serve delicious and nutritionally balanced meals all prepared by our experienced chefs

Our activities programs will be tailored to our- residents from walking clubs, to themed days, technology based fun  baking
