Develop our Digital Engineering Platform to support the seamless flow of data from design through to manufacture and beyond Support the transformation of the way we manage data and processes in the Operations environment enabling people to gain access to data at point of need, automating processes and providing intelligence to step-change efficiency levels Identify and drive new technology implementation through collaborative working with our Industrial Architects and Manufacturing Engineers to deliver class leading facilitates and infrastructure Work with the Change Transformation team to ensure that the changes stick and are embedded. Communicate (in tandem with the Change Champions) regularly with the stakeholders so that they understand and support the change Participate under guidance in manufacturing efficiency objectives by participating in capacity analysis, simulation planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout Participating in continuous improvement activities to develop skills and competencies within Operations Working with / participating with IPT functions (e.g. engineering design, quality) to ensure the ongoing integration of requirements Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations Good practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles Ability to articulate and explain technical understanding Good problem solving skills Data analysis skills Demonstrated achievement of own tasks within an engineering discipline Demonstrated experience in having own work peer reviewed and implementing resulting actions Awareness of a single phase of the Product Life Cycle and the associated discipline processes Awareness of engineering decision making and risk/reward trade-offs associated with IPT engineering activity Awareness of related engineering disciplines and levels of interaction required within an IPT
