We’re looking for a Butler to join our iconic Butler team.

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address. It’s another world; a world of oriental luxury and the most attentive service. A world that’s all about our guests.

As a Butler at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

To be the main contact for all Suite guests during their stay Facilitating all requests and keeping a record of preferences from the Suite guests by effectively communicating with other departments Greeting guests upon arrival for introduction and rooming Ensuring that all Suites are ready with the amenities and known preferences set up on arrival

As a Butler , you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening, (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Butler candidate , you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for delivering high quality customer service. You will display resilience and a positive, can-do attitude. Previous hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential.
