This is a hybrid or remote role located inHuddersfield for a suitably qualified clinicians working within the EvolveNeurodevelopmental Assessment Team for adults and Children referred for Autismand/ or ADHD assessments via NHS Patient choice and their GP.

Someaspects of the role may be undertaken remotely. Multiple roles- both remote andhybrid roles with some in person work for hybrid roles are available to attractcandidates with differing levels of experience and geographical locations-including senior roles. Hybrid roles must be able to travel to locations inHuddersfield for to undertake face to face assessments.

Main duties of the job

Therole requires conducting comprehensive specialist assessments includingdiagnostic assessments of individuals with suspected Autism and/ or ADHD usingestablished diagnostic tools. Assessments of Mental health conditions may alsobe required. Assessments are undertaken on behalf of the NHS via GP referral.

Theclinician is also responsible for writing up assessment reports in a timely andprofessional manner, as well as providing appropriate recommendations andinterventions. Additionally, the clinician may be involved in supervising andsupporting junior staff members depending on experience.
