Main duties of the job

Who we are looking for: You will be conversant with the Mental Health Act & the Mental Capacity Act Have a working knowledge of factors impacting Mental Health Legislation A confident, registered health or social care professional A clinician who will be an effective ambassador for the legislation department A keen eye for detail

Degree level of education or evidence of continuous learning and development.

Experience

Essential

Has substantial and extensive experience in a Senior Practitioner or Management capacity. Has post registration experience of working with multi disciplinary teams Has proven track record in working collaboratively across organisational and professional boundaries.

Skills and Knowledge

Essential

Leadership and supervisory management skills. Budgetary skills Project management skills
