Job Title- Registered Mental Health Nurse
Hours - 37 hours per week + overtime
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RMN Qualified Nurse with NMC Registration to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in the mental health care sector and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
Conducting support planning and risk assessments.
- Utilizing assessment skills to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mental health practices.
- Demonstrating continuous professional development.
Working Culture:
We are dedicated to providing excellent care for children and young people with an unapologetic drive for excellence.
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with an additional day for every two completed holiday years.
- Wellbeing Day: 1 day per holiday year dedicated to personal mental health and wellbeing.
- Life Insurance Policy: Coverage includes a death in service payment of 2 x gross salary (tax-free).
