About theRole:

Our growing healthcareclient is seeking multiple Account Executives across the UnitedStates. As an Account Executive you will represent the company tohospitals skilled nursing facilities and families being discharged.Your primary responsibility is to drive lead generation andfacilitate moveins to communities from your assigned accounts. Youshould be enthusiastic about building relationships with healthcareprofessionals and persistent in identifying the best strategies togrow each account and help more families find the care theyneed.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Operate in a fastpaced expanding industry to assistfamilies urgently needing care in finding the right community orinhome care agency as they transition out of hospitals or skillednursing facilities.
  • Achieve your monthlytarget quota by generating daily qualified patient referrals fromyour assigned market plan accounts.
  • Developmanage and expand your book of accounts to increase referral volumewithin your territory.
  • Cultivate new contactswithin each account through networking cold calls and servicepresentations and follow up on discharge outcomes to reinforce thevalue the company provides.
  • Educate familieson their care options and guide them in collaboration with aHealthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the right senior livingsolution upon discharge.
  • Collaborate withHealthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your target quota offamilies moving into communities or hiring inhome care.
  • Pilot new initiatives tests and processes (e.g. accountscoring CRM changes) within your territory and provide feedback toenhance tools and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred.
  • Three or more years of outsidesales experience as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas andcollaborating with other teams to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting to target customersand overcoming objections.
  • Ability to thrivein a fastpaced dynamic and independent work environment with awillingness to adapt and test new processes.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve with a strong competitivedrive.
  • Ability to travel locally within yourterritory (5 days a week).
  • Strongcommunication skills with both internal and external stakeholdersat all levels.
  • Effective time managementskills.
  • Healthcare/hospital sales experiencehighly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Google Sheets and CRM software (Salesforcepreferred).

AdditionalInformation:

Schedule:

  • You will be in the field daily working withyour Regional Director to develop and execute your account planeach week to build nurture and grow your accounts to meet yourmonthly targets.
  • Field activities will includescheduled presentations at accounts calls and impromptu dropins tomeet with case managers discharge planners doctors and patientsbeing discharged.
Must have outsidehealthcare business development experience. Sales via phone andcommunity tours are insufficient for this role.

The company will provide a laptop cell phone andreimburse mileage at the national rate.

Commission Structure
42points per month
Points are conversions so referralsthat convert into a move in or start of care
Move insinto assistant living independent living or memory care communitiesare 5 points per move in
1 point for respite care homecare or senior apartments
35K yearly bonus on target/12months in a year is what they’d take home when hitting 42points (so approximately 2900 per month)
Anything over42 points is paid out on accelerators
1st month– anything over gets paid out at 150%
Secondconsecutive month – 200%
Any consecutive monthfollowing anything over 42 points gets paid out at 300%
