Job Title: Corporate Paralegal
Salary: Flexible, dependant on experience. Est £28K - £38K
Location: Bristol, office based.
Hours: Full Time

Highly ranked Legal 500 firm with offices across the UK Are looking to take on another paralegal with their Corporate Law department.

This is a multi practice firm which makes it the perfect place to do your training contract in multiple seats You will be working with highly experienced professionals that have a track record of working in top tier law firms making it the best place for you to develop in your career. Not many move on to join other firms, they have extremely high staff retention. They understand the importance of employee wellbeing and offer excellent work life balance.

Main Responsibilities
* Work one-to-one with team members, supporting them with matters such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Tax, Private Equity and Shareholder Arrangements.
* Review, draft and report on a variety of legal documents inclusive of contracts, agreements and correspondence to clients.
* Attend client meetings and liaise with them directly via telephone and email.
* Provide transactional support on all corporate projects

Essential Criteria
* You must have experience working in Corporate law.
* Strong academic background.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
* Experience working as a paralegal 1 year +
* Motivated, ambitious can do attitude.

You must apply for the training contract internally. This vacancy does not come with a training contract already. You need to work within the company for at least a year to qualify for training contract applications.

The firm offers work life balance but this does not mean fully remote working. We encourage Paralegals to have more of a presence in the office so you can learn from the people around you. Speeding up you career progression. This vacancy is a full time office based position, hybrid is available once you have settled into the firm but again, this isn't after X period of time.
