PositionOverview:
We are seekinga highly organized and detailoriented Project Manager to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofadvertising and marketing processes excellent communication skillsand the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

KeyResponsibilities:
Overseethe endtoend execution of advertising projects ensuring they aredelivered on time within budget and to the highest qualitystandards.

Collaboratewith internal teams including creative account management andproduction to develop project briefs timelines andbudgets.

Serveas the main point of contact for clients providing regular updateson project progress and managing their expectationseffectively.

Conductthorough project kickoff meetings ensuring all stakeholders arealigned on project objectives deliverables andtimelines.

Identifypotential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projectsuccess.

Monitorproject expenses and resources making adjustments as necessary tostay within budget and meetdeadlines.

Trackproject performance using appropriate tools and techniquesproviding regular reports to management andclients.

Fostera positive team environment motivating team members to delivertheir best work and fostering a culture of collaboration andinnovation.

RequirementsBachelorsdegree in Marketing Advertising Business Administration or arelatedfield.

Provenexperience as a Project Manager in an advertising agency or similarfastpacedenvironment.

Strongunderstanding of advertising and marketing principles includingdigital and traditional mediachannels.

Excellentorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

Exceptionalcommunication skills both verbal and written with the ability tointeract with clients effectively and internalteams.

Proficiencyin project management tools such as Asana Trello orBasecamp.

Solidproblemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically toovercomechallenges.

Aproactive and resultsoriented mindset with a strong attention todetail.

Experienceworking in a creative environment is aplus.

Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or arelated field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in anadvertising agency or similar fast-paced environment. Strongunderstanding of advertising and marketing principles, includingdigital and traditional media channels. Excellent organizationalskills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with theability to interact with clients effectively and internal teams.Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, orBasecamp. Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to thinkstrategically to overcome challenges. A proactive andresults-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.Experience working in a creative environment is aplus.
