Withthree areas to the business Executive Search Interim Recruitment& Campaign RPO Search; they have had 100% growth in thelast 24 months with a specific increase in the number of CampaignSearch clients they have onboarded as well as an increase in thenumber of senior level appointments made at theirmultibilliondollar softwareclients.


Tosupplement the growth and strengthen their already very successfulteam; they are looking to appoint a further Exec Search Consultantto deliver the world class endtoend search process to their clientsglobally.

CoreDuties &Responsibilities:

Researchand provide support in meetings with target clients (preinstruction)

Participate in clientbriefing calls and meetings take full job descriptions agree keyrole criteria and client process.

Manage the daytoday relationship with the customer and maintainoversight and ownership of the entire customer lifecycle frominstruction to successful completion and candidateonboarding.

Act as primary focalpoint for client senior management and develop strong longtermrelationships.

Monitor Searchdeliverables against plan and address any projectshortfalls.

Ensure that all clientdocumentation including Engagement Letters Statement of Works (SOW)Search Reports Candidate Reports and company literature is of ahigh standard consistent and issued to clients within the agreedtimeframes.

Identify and targetcandidates for client assignments by utilising resources availableon the internet such as LinkedIn company websites delegate listswhite papers etc.

Book firstscreening calls with target candidates and conduct a qualificationcall ahead of a follow up VC or f2fmeeting.

Format candidate CVs intothe standard company format. Admin support also available forthis

Create and update engagementletters candidate reports and search reports ready for submissionto theclient.

Ourclient is looking for someone who has a passion for techrecruitment; alongside the desire to offer the highest level ofservice. You will have a track record of headhunting mapping andsecuring quality candidates for clients ideally within the SaaSsoftware/tech or FinTech sectors delivering mid to seniorleadership appointments on a retained basis as well as businessdevelopmentexperience.

Requirements
  • 48years exp ideally with the last 2 years at the same exec searchfirm
  • Musthave had some BD experience ans booked 10meetings for leadership team to join you in Business Developmentpitches.
  • Billed189k. Won and closed your own searches.
  • Havefull understanding of what is involved in being a member of the ELTat a PE backed SaaS business and speak at that level withcredibility.
