You’ll be coming from either a health or social care background to join our team at a very exciting time, taking the lead in developing and delivering the highest standards of safeguarding across our acute, community and specialist services. You will also provide board assurance on our statutory requirements relating to our patients and staff as well driving the safeguarding conversation across the South West ICB, helping to ensure system-wide excellence in the care of patients in Devon.

Pay:  The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 4-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 4. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 4 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 3-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 3/ | NHS Employers).
