The work location of this position can be in the UK, SP, PT, NL or MOR

Areas of Experience:

Expertise in ERP, manufacturing, FMCG, or other complex business solutions is a must. 2+ years of progressive and successful produce, FMCG, or manufacturing experience. Experienced Subject Matter Expertise of berry operations, processes, and platforms. Resourceful and creative with the ability to work independently with little supervision, influence cross-functional team members, initiate new ideas, develop and deploy new systems, and train others in new processes. Ability to influence others, resolve conflict, recognize cultural differences, and adopt alternative methods. Excellent business acumen, including intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills. A creative and conceptual thinker able to understand business needs and envision solutions & opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide process services to the business unit by curating a library of processes for continuous improvement efforts. Play a key role in our strategic initiatives by defining current-state organization and implementing future state workflows. Collaborate closely with IS for technology implementations enhancing operational efficiency.

A Process Excellence Analyst skilled in identifying, designing, documenting, and implementing new processes within the EMEA business unit. An expert in capturing existing processes and designing innovative ones while collaborating with diverse business stakeholders. A professional with strong business skills to underpin suggestions with firm rationale aligned with our strategic intent.
