**What you'll be doing**

You will be working with the IT Infrastructure Manager to provide outstanding focused IT solutions to our work colleagues and customers. You will provide 3rd line support for our IT Services team, whilst working with a multi-functional Data & Technologydepartment to deliver projects, business improvements and support to our colleagues.

**Some of the core responsibilities of the role includes**:

- Managing cloud and on-premise server & network infrastructure
- Contributing to daily stand-ups to identify key priorities
- Evaluating new technology solutions and supporting R&D efforts
- Manage changes to production systems following our change control processes
- Providing advanced 3rd line support for core MS solutions & business systems including Office 365 / Teams/ Exchange Online, Active Directory / Azure AD, SQL servers, MRI, Virtual Desktop technologies
- Documenting & sharing knowledge within our Data & Technology department
- Supporting Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity efforts and Backup Systems

- You will be experienced in supporting IT infrastructure in a similar size organisation, with a track record in continually exceeding IT delivery tasks & projects to a high standard.
- You will have a strong technical background to support a wide variety of Microsoft based technologies and business systems in a fast-paced environment. You will be solution focused with a can-do approach to proactively deliver IT solutions.
- You will have the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide fixes/solutions to ensure the business can serve the needs of its customers.
- You will have an analytical mindset to be able to plan & communicate effectively across the business to ensure work gets completed to a high standard.

**When and where you'll be doing it**

You will join the team on a permanent contract and?enjoy a 37-hour working week,?earning an annual salary of circa £38k per annum?dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
