The role ofthe Specification Sales Manager Commercialinteriors

  • Field sales role selling a full range ofmanufactured high quality commercialinteriors.
  • 60% of your time will be spentgenerating specifications with specifiers architects and interiordesigners (A&D).
  • The remaining 40% of timemanaging some and selling directly to fitout contractors andflooring contractors.
  • Turnover target800k.
  • Targeting commercial buildings such asoffice blocks education sector (schools universities &colleges) hospitality & leisure high rise residential and asmall amount of healthcare.
  • Utilising Gleniganleads inhouse CRM database and telesalesleads

The CandidateRequirements for the Specification Sales Managerrole

  • Field salesproven track record of selling into the architects or interiordesigners (A&D) specificationmarketplace.
  • Open to most interior productssuch as: contract furniture lighting wall coverings fabric ceilingpartitioning furniture etc.
  • Promoting newproducts ideally suited to specificationselling
  • Contractor field sales experience alsoof interest.
  • Prior experience of selling intooffice blocks education sector (schools universities &colleges) hospitality & leisure high rise residential andhealthcare may be advantageous.
