Health and Safety Advisor (SHE Advisor)

Are you a seasoned Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Advisor with a passion for ensuring construction sites operate at peak safety levels? Look no further

Join GRAHAM Construction's Building Division and become a vital part of our mission to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. As a SHE Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in advising project management and site staff on safety, health, environmental, and quality matters. Plus, you'll have the chance to conduct audits, investigate incidents, deliver training programs, and much more.

Responsibilities Include:

- ️ Advising on safety, health, environmental, and quality matters

- Conducting site audits and investigations

- Delivering training programs and induction sessions

- Reviewing paperwork and preparing site bulletins

- Assisting with construction plans, risk assessments, and more

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- ✅ Proven H&S experience in construction

- Formal H&S qualification (NEBOSH General Certificate)

- ️ CSCS / CSR / Safepass card holder

- Detailed knowledge of H&S and environmental legislation

- Strong communication and literacy skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

- Grad IOSH or equivalent professional qualification

- Knowledge of Behavioural Based Safety approach
