Job Description:

The Health and Safety Partnership Limited is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Strategist to lead our CDM Principal Designer function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Health and Safety strategies across multiple projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Health and Safety strategies, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and designers to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor Health and Safety performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on Health and Safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Science.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior Health and Safety role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across multiple stakeholder groups.

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
