Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a full-time, temporary role, working on a Monday to Sunday shift basis of 5 of 7..

This role will be covering for a 6 -month period.

About you:

City & Guilds 706 Level 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent C.I.E.H. Level 2 Food Safety Certificate. Prior experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your colleagues. Exposure to menu planning, with a keen interest in current food and dietary trends. Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning. A working ethic aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity and Pride.
