EMJis looking for aHead of Sales to lead ourSales team andour continued revenue growth. You will ensure theSales team effectively follow the sales process whilstcontributinginsights and new ideas to supportEMJsambitious growthplans.

Expectations

  • Leadthe Sales team ensuring the sales process is followed and maximisequality productivity in a high performanceenvironment
  • Relentless support of the salesteam to achieve their KPIs revenue targets and ultimately theirGoals (in line with EMJ)
  • Working with ClientServices and Publishing teamas partners to ensure we offer a worldclass service and maximise opportunities for repeatbusiness
  • Analysis of key data andmetrics to make improvements to the sales process and betteroutcomes being able to work with and report to other leaders in thebusiness
  • Management of sales pipeline andlooking for opportunity to improvereporting
  • Hands on support with nurturing andclosing business with key or potential keyclients

ExperienceRequired

  • Proven trackrecord of successfully managing a sales department to directorlevel establishing a longterm profitable process that canrepeatedlyachieve and exceed ourtargets
  • Professionalism in a B2B settingunderstanding how to communicate with brand direct and agencycontacts at the highest level
  • Excellentpresentation and organisational skills and an effectivepeople/department leader
  • Visible presence inoffice 5 days per week to motivate and inspire the team in afantastic environment and fastpacedenvironment
