Radcliffe on TrentHealth Centre is a thrivingbusy training practice serving 8,400 patients across South Rushcliffe. We havea multi-disciplinary team led by our GP Partners which comprises GPs, nurses, HCAs,an NA as well as Clinical Pharmacists, technicians, physiotherapists &social prescribers as part of our wider PCN ARRS team.

Ourclinical team is supported by our excellent administrative, secretarial &reception teams.

Main duties of the job

Weare looking for someone to join our existing team. You will be an energetic, enthusiastichands-on doer, with vision and excellent personal organisation and team workingskills.

Theexisting GPs all have additional interests and commitments, and we wouldwelcome applicants with a variety of interests and those wanting to develop awider portfolio of interests.

Asa practice, we deliver a high standard of clinical care for our 8,400 patients. Asan organisation we keep pace with primary care development and deliver a goodexperience for patients and our staff. We are part of Rushcliffe PCN andPartnersHealth & support the principles of inter-practice collaboration.

It is taken as essential that you will havevery good clinical knowledge and skills and also be committed to continualpersonal and practice quality improvement.

Thisis a five-six session role but we will be flexible and our focus is on the rightperson.
